Ownership

We set up an individual LLC for each horse we buy so when you buy into a horse, you are technically buying into an LLC which owns that horse. We offer women a chance to be involved with the sport at, hopefully, a fairly high level, while minimizing individual risk. Anna Seitz serves as managing partner of each LLC in the U.S. and France while Legs Lawlor handles operations in Ireland and Australia. They communicate regularly via email and/or WhatsApp in order to keep each partner informed of their horse's progress or syndicate-related social functions.

Both Anna and Legs have a lot of experience in the horse industry and they have developed many connections with industry professionals which serve them well in their management roles. These connections along with their full-time jobs with sales companies (Anna w/ Fasig-Tipton and Legs w/ Goffs) put them in a unique position to maximize the experience for the partners. They are both highly respected in the industry and they demonstrate high standards of integrity.

Although we would never pitch horse ownership as an investment, we do realize this is a significant financial commitment and we work very hard to insure our partners receive maximum value for their involvement. With carefully selected bloodstock agents, trainers, jockeys, veterinarians and other service providers, we ensure that each horse is given every opportunity to excel and we always put the horse first.
